I am just writing to say thank everyone in the Rubicon team, but particularly yourself and the surgeon.
I appreciate that I was a very nervous patient, had lots of questions and even more worries. However, from start to finish everyone was very reasurring and helpful. I found the first consultation to be very insightful and was impressed with the surgeon's confidence. He totally understood what I wanted and knew exactly what was required. The information given to me was clear and concise and between then and the operation you did everything you could to accomodate any queries or concerns I had.
The facilities and staff at Highgate hospital were equally impressive, and again both the anaesthetist and the surgeon were extremely calming and reassuring pre-op. The operation itself went very smoothly, my recovery so far has been far better than I ever anticipated and the results are amazing. I am so impressed and would highly recommend both Rubicon and the surgeon to anyone else. I am so pleased I went with you and just wanted to thank you all for your hard work.
